Vinod Makwana

	Joined Kut as Trainee Design Draughtsman in 1984. Started Autocad in 1988 and became CAD Manager in 1997. As a CAD Manager with Kut he has been an integral part of Kut’s multi-disciplinary team responsible for CAD Drawing production from conception to completion. Vin was promoted to Associate Partner in 2006, responsible for the management of CAD & IT systems, general marketing and business management.

Peter Jones

	Started as a graduate engineer with Kut Partnership in 1995, and trained as a mechanical engineer. Left to work for other consultants in North London. Re-joined Kut Partnership in 2008 as Associate Partner. Multi-discipline engineer, responsible for mechanical, electrical and public health design. Experience of: • Engine test laboratories (many including Formula 1 Petronas, Malaysia) • Laboratories and clean rooms (many including Porton Down, Pharmacia, Astra Zeneca) • Retail (including Canary Wharf Jubilee Place and Hustler Hollywood) • Commercial Offices (including Cavendish Square and Charles Street) • Luxury houses (many over 1000 sq.m in Hamspstead, Highgate and Chelsea) • Affordable Estates (many of several hundred units) • Litigation (expert witness reports) • Surveys (condition reports, buyers reports, trouble shooting, fault finding)

Claude Ferdinand

	An enthusiastic engineer experienced in designing, project management and the contract administration of large electrical projects. A professional engineer with a wide range of skills and abilities. With a good practical background able to work as part of a team or leading on the building services issues, including the designing, planning and co-ordination of projects from inception to completion. Good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and sympathetically at all levels and in various situations. Claude joined Kuts in 2008 after leaving Enfield Council.
