Bob Bashford
	Engaged in the Building Engineering Services profession since 1978. Previously employed by How Engineering Services Ltd for 10 years. During this time as a Project Engineer and later Project Manager, he handled a wide range of duties including design, drafting, contracting, contract supervision, site experience, planned maintenance, estimating, surveying, commissioning, financial control of projects and project management. He has handled projects including both major and small office developments and refurbishments, housing, industrial, leisure centre projects. Bob joined Kut in 1988 and is presently the Managing Partner.

Tony Blair
	Entered the industry in 1978 at the age of 18. Undertook 4 years technical and managerial training at the London Electricity Board followed by 5 years within the LEB installation contracting business. Gained 2 years experience in a technical advisory role of building services and the efficient utilisation of electrical energy, as an Environmental Services Engineer with Eastern Electricity. Tony joined Kut in 1989. His training and management experience with the LEB provided a good foundation for consulting in electrical and mechanical services and for his career with tKp. As a Senior Electrical Engineer with Kut and now a Partner, he has been an integral part of Kut’s multi-disciplinary team responsible for handling projects from conception to completion. A multi-disciplinary engineer with considerable working knowledge of all aspects of building services systems; electrical, mechanical, public health, lifts and sustainability/low carbon solutions.

Claude Ferdinand
	An enthusiastic engineer experienced in designing, project management and the contract administration of large electrical projects. A professional engineer with a wide range of skills and abilities. With a good practical background able to work as part of a team or leading on the building services issues, including the designing, planning and co-ordination of projects from inception to completion. Good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and sympathetically at all levels and in various situations. Claude joined Kuts in 2008 after leaving Enfield Council.
